Important Information for Residents
New gate access app called PALAPP is now live!
Key Information:
- PALAPP will not need to be reissued if you change phones. Simply sign in on your new device.
- A new app will only be required if your phone number changes.
- In-person registration is required. You must visit the office to complete this process.
- Please bring your photo ID and lease agreement/Deed if your ID does not reflect your current physical address.

Packages being left at the back gate!
The maintenance staff have found packages left in the bushes at the back gate. It seems that Amazon is trying to get in the gate and when they don't gain access they are leaving the boxes at the back gate sometimes in the bushes. When you order thru Amazon please make sure to give special instructions that the drivers need to gain access to the property from Bunnell to avoid this issue. I have been told that this happens with Uber Eats and other delivery drivers. Just give them special delivery instructions.
The staff have left some packages at the homes because no one answered the door.
2027 dues assessments for Country Creek Master Association
This is a friendly reminder regarding the 2027 Annual Master Association Dues Assessment for the Country Creek Master Association.
Please review the assessment amount and payment schedule below.
Quarterly Assessment: $177.00
Payment Due Dates:
- January 1, 2027
- April 1, 2027
- July 1, 2027
- October 1, 2027
Please ensure that all assessments are paid by the applicable due dates. Payments more than 30 days past due will be subject to late fees and penalties in accordance with the Association's governing documents and applicable policies.
Important Information Regarding Sub-Association Dues
Please remember that each sub-association within Country Creek Master Association maintains its own assessment amounts and payment schedules.
For information regarding your individual sub-association dues, payment amounts, or due dates, please contact your respective management company directly.
Opting Out of Payment Coupons
If you prefer not to receive mailed payment coupons, you may log in to your account at www.sentrymgt.com and select the option to opt out of receiving coupons for the Master Association. Choosing electronic account management instead of mailed coupons helps the Association reduce printing, mailing, and postage expenses.
