Important Information FOR RESIDENTS

Packages being left at the back gate!

The maintenance staff have found packages left in the bushes at the back gate. It seems that Amazon is trying to get in the gate and when they don't gain access they are leaving the boxes at the back gate sometimes in the bushes. When you order thru Amazon please make sure to give special instructions that the drivers need to gain access to the property from Bunnell to avoid this issue. I have been told that this happens with Uber Eats and other delivery drivers. Just give them special delivery instructions.

The staff have left some packages at the homes because no one answered the door.

The North Playground area near the clubhouse pools is currently undergoing painting and maintenance. For your safety, please refrain from entering the area if it is cordoned off over the next few weeks, as there may be ongoing work or wet paint. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve this space.

We would like to inform you that David's Painting has resumed work on the repairs and painting of the racquetball court. In addition, the tennis court will also be closed daily during the repair process.
For your safety, please avoid entering the courts if caution tape is present. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this maintenance period.

Please note that access to the bathrooms will be available to those with a valid REC pass. Don’t forget to bring yours.
