Board Meetings
Our HOA meets in the clubhouse at 6:30 pm on the second Thursday of January, March, July, and October. All residents are encouraged to attend the meetings and participate in helping us to have a safe and beautiful neighborhood.
The Community
Woodland Terrace is a heavily wooded section of Country Creek containing 86 single family homes. We are adjacent to Lake Lotus Park so sometimes we have small animals visit us. Squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, armadillos and land tortoises are common sights. There have even been occasional glimpses of bobcats, foxes and bears. If you’re a bird watcher you would love it here – many different birds live and hunt in the woods around us.
This is a deed-restrictive neighborhood. Each homeowner must abide by the Covenants.
